A serious gap between the resource management system of Yinchuan Telecom in 2003 on-line network construction has been with the high speed development, in order to manage resources data more effectively, the development of construction and market better support network, Yinchuan Telecom needs to build a set of new resource management system. The pipeline resource management system as the basic system of telecom enterprises can not be ignored in the business operation process, it is an important premise to realize automation in the "business opened" and "service guarantee" the two key business process, is the enterprise resource management of the basic means and effective tools.The system uses B/S system architecture, Oracle 9i database platform, graphics server operating system for the Windows 2003 server, terminal operating system is Windows98/2000/XP, the graphic platform adopted Mapinfo MapX 5.0 control. The system is based on GIS technology, all telecom resources is reflected in a background of geography map, unified management, makes the distribution situation of telecommunications resources total area more intuitively reflected. The system is divided into user authority management function, resource occupancy query function, resource location query function, resource analysis and early warning function, completion data import function and pipeline resources statistics function module, taking into account the pipeline resource management needs of users increase, to the user the proposed new resource management requirements, system can timely corresponding increase management function. The system chart and table based, provides the logic diagram, geographical maps, charts and tables and so on many kinds of ways for convenience of the user based on. The system also has the ability to handle large volume data, to meet the telecom industry pipeline resource data of massive information processing requirements.Windows layout format using the local pipeline network resource management system designed in this paper provides a friendly operation interface for the user, the interface simple, simple operation, convenient use, high safety, stable operation system. This system makes resource statistics the tedious work of the simple and convenient, not only improve the work efficiency, but also improve the quality of service.
