Design And Implementation Of China Oilfield Services Limite Stress Analytic System

In terms of Geophysical exploration, stress data are important and basic data for the research of oil and gas exploration, as well as the engineering design and construction of the growth of oil and gas wells. Currently, the calculation of stress data is mainly managed by manual methods. Because the calculation must involve a lot of data and formulas, manual management cannot meet the need of oil business to analyze large number of digital information, which may take too much time and cause mistakes.Therefore, building a stress analysis system has become an urgent problem.Based on the COSL’s daily need, performance requirements, construction goal, we designed and built the CSOL stress analysis system according to the principles of software engineering. The main work and achievements are summarized as follows:1. During a long period of field research and literature resources survey, large number of profession processes and functional requirement have been understood.Combined with reasonable suggestion from on-site construction personnel and report designers, we made a functional architecture which accumulate a large number of reference material for related technology and solutions.2. During the system design process, modules connect with each others in accordance with the principles of software Engineering which require highly cohesive and low coupling. What’s more, common classes have been packaged. In order to minimize database redundancy and improve execution efficiency, the COSL stress data analysis system’s database tables has been well structured.3, With the help of C# and SQL Server 2005, combined with VBA macro programming, the system has a good digital information analysis and visualization capabilities.It makes it available to add, modify, delete, query, analyze and automatically generate images and reporting, which meets users’ needs. Except stress curve drawing, other operations are designed, such as curve zooming, curve exporting.Currently, the system has been put into use in China Oilfield Services Limited,which is well received. The stress analysis system not only improve efficiency and reduce costs, but also make a contribution to COSL digital oilfield. If the stress analysis system is widely used in oilfield, with the help of data mining and data warehousing, it can strengthen the capacity of prediction which can greatly enhance economicefficiency and mean a lot to intelligent digital oilfield development.
