It must be admitted that we would easily put the meaning of these words and these words themselves are used in communication studies, and these words are deeply affecting and even social communication. These words originated as the "father of cybernetics" Norbert Wiener. Wiener’s use of the person is known as the "ten classic" communication, but Norbert Wiener is like an "invisible man" who was forgotten. And there was rarely completed and analyzed study of his ideas.In this paper, with the communication thoughts of Norbert Wiener ideology as the research object, emphatically discusses the main content of wiener’s communication theory systematically. This article mainly from the following three aspects: the analysis and interpretation of wiener spread thought several important problems, information and social organization, feedback and noise control, transmission, etc. The first part of this article introduces the research value, the present situation and the significance. Thirdly, in the cacophony, free first social atmosphere and conditions, how to effectively to powerful regulation of network communication environment, effectively eliminate the society noise, is a important way to keep the level of social organization and social order will not become worse important way, and it is also very important and urgent things.
