Wit h the deve lopme nt of co mmunicat io n technique, our country will faces the coexist of 2G, 3G and 4G communicat ion net works. So it will inevitab ly lead to redundant construct ion of the base station and a waste of resources. The relevant departments are build ing a long- term develop ment plane o f t he co- construct ion and s har ing o f t he tele- communicat ions infrastruct ure. The me is about environme nta l protection, to avoid the inter ference of electro magnet ic wave, and reduce the effects of radiat ion on residents. In t he develop ment o f co mmunicat ion tec hno logy, we should also pay attent ion to t he susta inab le develop ment a nd use the stat ion resources rationally to solve the proble m of redundant constr uct ion of w ire less base station e ffective ly. There fore, combiners are widely used in wire less mob ile communicat ion syste m. N ow the coaxia l cavity co mbiner is the most applied, and it has good prospect for the advanta ges of co mpact structure, good performance, easy tuning and low cost.In order to optimize the structure, develop performa nce index, reduce costs, the study of the comb iner is divided into two parts. The first is optimize the str ucture to make the combiner compact, miniat ur izat ion a nd save materia l cost. The second is through the fine processing and improved contact method to develop the combiner perfor mance.This paper is divided into three aspects to carry on the overview.First of all, the paper introduces the method of designing band pass filter. The comb iner designed in this paper is based on band- pass filter. Focus on the ana lys is of t he inte grated design method of Ge neralized C hebyshe v filter, deduces the Generalized C hebyshe v polyno mia l and its coupling matr ix, put forward the cross- coupling struct ure.Secondly, comb ine theory w it h practice, introduces the synt hesis design met hod of the combiner. According to the characterist ics of miniat ur izat io n and low Pass ive I nter Modulat ion. Through t he deductio n of for mula, put the theoretica l va lue into the equiva le nt circ uit to s imulate and opt imize, and combined w it h the design of d ua l- frequenc y coaxia l cavit y comb iner based on common cavity a nd lower inter- modulat ion comb iner based on coaxial cavit y to ver ify t he correctness.Fina lly, this paper use the doub le- layer str uct ure, design t he cavity a nd the coupling, add the common cavity and cross- coupling struct ure according to the requireme nt. Thro ugh the optimizat io n and production processing, six- frequenc y double- la yer coaxia l cavit y comb iner based on commo n cavit y. The test results meet the require me nts of all co mb iner inde x. It solves the mult i- network compatib ility iss ues, also can save the cost, make the device miniatur izat io n, compact structure, and has the very good applicat ion va lue.
