As one of the hottest research directions of the Virtual Reality, virtual presentation technique has an important value of use in our daily life. Making use of computer graphics, image processing, and artificial intelligence etc., it presents the objects on the screen and other electronic equipment which are in real life, by the media of images, videos, etc. As a result, the technique is used in the commercial advertising and marketing for commodity, hotel, etc.In this paper, the main work is to create a virtual presentation system based on images, which is convenient to use and runs fast. By using the system, we can replace the texture of presented object in reality to create a new object, which can be used in the customization of the consumer and the fast presentation of the business. The system of this paper can be divided into two modules: the processing one and the texture generation module. The images are preprocessed firstly, including resizing and denoising. Using the image segmentation algorithm, the system can extract the object presented with a fast speed and accuracy. Meanwhile, the object is divided into several texture areas if it has some discontinuous areas. The texture generation module generate new texture for every texture area, which can retain the wrinkle of the original object. At last, the illumination of the original object is used to process the new texture to make the shading consistent with the original one.In order to interact with the user conveniently, the algorithm selected by the system is easy to use and adjusted to reduce the interactions. The tools used for altering the parameter and modifying the result of the algorithm are convenient to get a better result. In the experimental chapter, we discuss the effect of different algorithms and parameters selected and show a portion of the results produced by the system, which has much sense of reality and is suitable for presentation.
