The progress of Information and communication technology promote the development of cryptography, including the Internet account, mobile phone account, bank card, radio frequency identification (RFID) card and so on. Due to the importance of cryptology, cryptography experts and enthusiasts have done a lot of researches, to find out some new encryption algorithm which is more secure and more applicable.In the past two decades, research on cryptography shows explosive growth.With the growth of cryptography, similar to the electronic wiretapping and electronic fraud hackers also more and more. The only way is to design the new encryption scheme, and constantly optimize and improve on it, in order to protect data security.Based on the KEM/DEM framework, the existing symmetric algorithms, public key algorithms and hash functions. Analyze, compare and choose the good properties of algorithms, and establish the basic framework of hybrid encryption system. Combined with the existing research results of ECDSA, put forward two hybrid data encryption schemes:proxy signature scheme and proxy multi-signature scheme.Analyzed the security, efficiency and practicability of the new schemes. The improved schemes have strong unforgeability, high distinguishability, non-repudiation and controllability. And no need to transfer in the security channel. By reusing the shorter code and the packaging module, ensure the solution is more suitable for micro software/hardware and unsafe external environment. New proxy signature and proxy multi signature schemes with strong practicality, which can be widely used in e-commerce, e-government, RFID and etc.
