Design And Implementation Of The Secret Classified Identity Management System Based On COM

Today, the internet is developing rapidly, and office automation applications are becoming more popular, a large number of classified information or sensitive information in the form of electronic documents. The e-document has the disadvantage of being modified easily and being separated from information and carrier, traditional method of managing information which based on paper file is already unable to meet the requirement of managing secret document, so the security of electronic document become an issue.Through the practical application of secret classified identity for market research, we found that the electron dense logo still stays in the concept of stage, did not play their important role. It is hard to reflect the function of secret classified identity in practical application. At present, the existing office system does not guarantee that the secret classified identity and information main body are inseparable. In this pager, we design and implement a system of managing secret classified identity using the techniques of COM, solved the classified the electronic document security problems.There has two part in our system which is security classified identity module and file management module. The function of first part is to protect the secret document and make sure that it can’t be separated. It also certifies the integrity of the content and identifies the legality of users. The function of the second part is to manage secret files and users, and reach the goal of auditing the secret file, changing secret level, accessing to the system authority and improve the security of the system. We achieve the goal of managing the secret e-document based on the mutual collaboration between these functional modules.
