3D sensor is a new sensor,which is put forward by bionic human stereo vision and used to detect,view double scenes.The prescribed functions must to meet the requirements of stereo image,and can shoot the target scene simultaneously.The purpose is to store for subsequent device,process image,recover three-dimensional scene,extend of the human eye functions.In this paper,the 3D sensor’s key technologies are explored.Such as the basic principle of the CMOS image sensor,noise analysis and 3D sensor calibration principle,the calibration algorithm,etc.The main contents and research results are as follows:(1)On the basis of the CMOS image sensor,the paper study the composition structure,operating principle of image sensitive element array,principle of the depth,noise analysis and depth discrimination 3D sensor.Finally the paper is derived from formula for calculating the 3D depth.(2)The research based on the principle of Open CV 3D sensor calibration and calibration algorithm.Firstly,the paper introduced the methods based on a 2D plane template and 3D stereo single-sensor calibration.Secondly the paper studied the principles of 3D sensor calibration system.Thirdly,it analyzed the calibration model based on Open CV 3D sensor,and it make a depth research on 3D sensor for calibration process.Finally, the software has Image processing function such as image gray scale,canny algorithm,perspective collineation,reverse image and so on,it also includes a single camera image acquisition,image processing, image corner detection,calibration and so on.(3)the paper is finished experimental verification of the completion of the calibration software.MATLAB output by comparing the results of the calibration procedure,the paper use the checkerboard image software calibration results verified obtain more accurate 3D sensor structure parameters.In this paper,the principle and the calibration algorithm calibration based on 3D sensor Open CV,completed the calibration interface design and the experimental analysis of disparity about 3D imagesensor.
