As a new application model in the Internet, cloud computing has been paid much attentionto in industry and academia. However,the development of cloud computing also brings a seriesof problems,the first of which is the management of cloud data. How to effectively manage thelarge data in a cloud computing system and improve the efficiency of the system is of greatsignificance. Query performance seriously affect the service quality of the user using cloudcomputing system. The index and data optimization technology in data management system caneffectively improve the performance of query processing, reduce the CPU time and diskoperation. So cloud computing system need to build the effective index structure andoptimization of data organization methods to improve the query processing performance. In aword, the key technology of query processing in cloud computing system-indexing technologyand data organization optimization technology-is a significant research subject.In this paper, my research work focuses on index and data optimization technology in thecloud computing system.The main innovation points in this paper are summarized as follows:1、In view of the range query problems of multiple dimensional data existed in practicalapplication, we propose the BSCBF-index, a new distributed indexing scheme formultidimensional data,and achieve significantly lower latencies,thus greatly improve the user’squery experience.2、In view of the problem that the increment of user query requests leads to the phenomenonthat the current number of copies of documents is difficult to meet the demand, this thesisproposes a new strategy which determined the redundancy of data based on the hot of the data.The experimental results showed that this solution,under the certain resources expenses, cansignificantly reduce the user access delay, thus greatly improve the user’s query experience.
