The Tibetan public opinion cloud analysis platform is based on the need of Tibetan public opinion, the cloud platform is for deep thinking on public information and analysis by the relevant public conclusion.Nowadays all kinds of Tibetan information rose sharply, the influence to the Tibetan public opinion is very important, once people’s view goes hand in hand with agreement on a certain information, which can directly change the trend of the events.Therefore carries on the relevant information to the analysis of public opinion is very important.Resource scheduling is of all kinds of resources rationally and effectively regulating and measuring and analysing and using. In a public opinion analysis based on cloud platform, how to ensure high speed and accurate cloud calculated data processing, resource scheduling problem is particularly important to the bottom. Research on resource scheduling high-speed operation to support cloud platform, help the Tibetan public opinion cloud has an important significance analysis platform stable operation, It can directly influence the working productivity of the Tibetan public opinion analysis.Therefore, an excellent resource scheduling strategy can increase the rate of information processing, information security operation process, especially to provide technical support for the information processing which plays an important role in the ethnic minority areas in Gansu.Resource scheduling strategy is designed in the paper fully analyzed the cloud platform hardware environment, resource requirements; advantage of various algorithms, and to optimize the integration of it from a global perspective. Combined with the DAG task graph algorithm, to fuzzy clustering the resources, ant colony algorithm is used to confirm the priority sequence, call the Min-Min algorithm for rapid distribution of resources. Reached by this efficient scheduling strategy in the cloud platform environment on to obtain the hot topic, strike, the may produce realistic crisis, scale and so on, Judging and handling of fast, accurate and efficient, So that the relevant functional departments can be informed so that as soon as possibleand prepare accordingly measures.
