Research And Application Of Key Technologies In Product Development Process Management Based On PDM

With the increasingly fierce competition in the international market, the Advanced system management technology continues to progress, from the earliest inventory management, material requirements planning, manufacturing resource planning to enterprise resource planning. In the financial machinery enterprises, the research direction of PDM systems is to establish an information management platform which is in line with market development and business development prospects. Enterprises urgently need an efficient product data management system, it can enhance the ability of enterprise information services, and it can also enhance the core competitiveness of companies. In recent years, enterprises which have development condition started using PDM systems as the software of product development management, and achieved good results.In this thesis, some key technologies of financial machinery in product development process are be researched in depth. For different needs of customers, the process of currency sorter configuration is analyzed. On the basis of rough set theory, an acquirement method of currency sorter configuration rules is proposed. Through the reduction of decision-making system, customers are familiar with the configuration rules as soon as possible. The configuration rules demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.The thesis is based on the discrete manufacturing enterprise management’s demand. Researching the features and function of PDM key technologies, on the basis of UML, a model oriented PDM product development process is proposed by using Rational Rose. It provides a model for project management system.This thesis is based on the Microsoft.net platform, the B/S system structure as the foundation, using c# as development language, using SQL Server 2012 as background database. Combined management needs of the financial machinery enterprises, the project management system has been completed. This issue is practically researched in Julong Corp. and gets some relevant supports as well.
