At present, most of the researchers only focus on practical application of analog circuit. But rarely care about the study of analog circuit itself. However, the analog circuit parameters are essential in practical application. Now there are two main types of analog circuit analysis method: hardware measuring way and software measurement way. Hardware method mainly adopts electronic equipment such as frequency sweep meter measure. Software measurement method mainly uses the simulation software or virtual instrument.Because the existing electronic instrument is complex and expensive, so the application of the electronic instrument is not convenient. The existing simulation software component library is not complete, and the virtual components and the actual components exists error. After analysis this paper present a new studies method for analog circuit, that is the measurement of the multi-parameters for analog circuits based on ARM. And the measuring device is accomplished. This system uses STM32 series of ARM chip as the controller, by the method of combining software and hardware implementation of the analog circuit multi-parameter measurement.Paper main work summarized as follows:(1) Thesis paper introduces the development status quo of analog circuit parameters measurement, the research background and research significance. And the existing measuring methods are summarized, and then the method and the method of this system made the corresponding analysis.(2) Implements the ARM of the overall design, including control DDS signal source, the signal acquisition, data processing and calculation, control of liquid crystal display test results, etc. Thesis paper introduces the working principle of the signal source AD9854, AD9854 and the connection between the ARM, and the control process of AD9854.(3) The design and realization of the hardware detection circuit is the focus of thesis article. Detection circuit mainly includes the impedance/voltage conversion circuit, frequency measurement circuit, multiplier circuit and filter circuit, etc. Impedance/voltage conversion circuit and the circuit of frequency characteristic extract the signal of analog circuit. Multiplier circuit and filtering circuit processes the signal.(4) This system for analog circuit measurement parameters mainly include: amplitude frequency characteristics and phase frequency characteristics and impedance characteristics.After the testing and validation to the system of the measurement of the multi-parameters for analog circuits based on ARM, The final results show that the system has a high degree of automation, measurement error smaller and strong anti-jamming capability, etc.
