In recent years, the informationization construction of C hina Coal Corporation has made great achievements, Coal Corporations’ management level has been greatly improved. But there are many problems in Coal Corporation’s informationization construction process, take YANCON Group Company Limited for example, the following are some questions in the process of informationization construction: informationization construction hold at high price; corporation business processes are getting more and more complex, the traditional information management system has poor scalability; the software and hardware resources in YANCON Group Company Limited are disperse, lack of integration, and the waste of resources is serious.Cloud computing platform has high expansibility, high availability, large scale, high flexibility and low cost. In order to resolve the problems in YANCON Group Company Limited, this thesis uses software development pattern based on cloud computing platform,aimed at coal corporation common plan and statistics information system’s development, Through building private cloud platform within the YANCON Group Company Limited can effectively integrate plan and statistics system in subordinate company and make plan and statistics system to be intensive and large-scale. Software development pattern based on cloud computing platform can resolve the disadvantages of traditional software development pattern, it also can provide a fully functional, unified management platform for YANCON Group Company Limited’s plan and statistics work. At the same time is provides a new solution for Coal Corporation informationization construction.First, this thesis introduces related theory of cloud platform, then decides to build private cloud platform for YANCON Group Company Limited. Then analyze the business process and business requirements of plan and statistics system, and based on this to design cloud computing platform’s architecture, focus on designing the function of infrastructure layer, platform layer and application layer. At last this thesis accomplishes plan and statistics system’s core function.
