With the proposal of the concept of cloud computing, cloud computing technology is leading a revolution of technology. As an important application of cloud computing technology, cloud terminal system has been used by many enterprises and institutions. Cloud terminal system not only improves the work efficiency of employees, but also reduces the cost of system. But with the continuous expansion of cloud terminal system, and the number and complexity of software and hardware expanded rapidly, the sytem maintenance becomes more and more difficult. And also the requirements of operation and maintenance personnel become more and more high. So an intelligent maintenance system is needed urgently to improve the problems brought by the expansion of cloud terminal system.In the view of the existing problems, an intelligent cloud terminal operation system is designed and implemented by this paper. By shielding the complex operation of cloud terminal system, this maintenance system not only reduces the complexity of maintenance management, but also decreases the technology requirement of operation and maintenance personnel.Firstly, according to the actual demand of the maintenance management system, the framework of the system is designed with modularity. And the system is divided into maintenance management layer and communication layer. The responsibility of maintenance management layer is to sovle the specific business, and the responsibility of communication layer is to communicate with cloud terminal. According to the features of the system, the design of database is also expounded by this paper.Then, the implementation of communication layer is introduced by this paper. Based on the advanced Netty framework, data reception of communication layer is completed firstly. Then the package of complex cloud terminnal operation is achieved by Power Shell conversion and Linux conversion. At last, the request function is completed by this paper based on TCP protocol.Then, the design and implementation of maintenance management layer is discussed based on the three layer architecture model. According to the specific business functions of maintenance management layer, the general realizing method of maintenance management layer is explained firstly with Struts2 technology, Mybatis technology and so on. Then the implementation of system monitoring, system maintenance, cloud user management is expounded respectively by this paper.The paper finally carries on the function test and performance test of the routing system. The results of function tests show that the maintenance management system designed in this thesis can work well, and all expected functions are achieved. Pressure test is carried on through the simulation of a large number of concurrent requests on the system. The test results show that the system can deal with large number of concurrent requests, and the system can meet the needs of different enterprises’ business needs.
