The Meeting Information Management System Platform Construction Based On Lucene

With the rapidly development of Internet and the popularizing of e-bussiness, electronic office documents from all the departments of China State Grid Corp are created continually. At present, the conference information is mainly managed by hands and scattered in a number of personal computers and servers, which leads to the lack of unified storage and efficiency. When one department needs to view other departments’conference information, they can only copy the documents from hard disks, which is not only inconvenience for data sharing among different departments, but also lose the security. So it is necessary to replace the traditional information retrieval means by advanced information query techniques.This thesis detailed exposition the whole process of the author in the development of conference information management system. The goal of this system is to complete the centralized storage of conference data and daily management, improve the management efficiency, and increase the utilization and security of the data. The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:First, the system architecture and the main functional modules of Lucene are investigated in this paper. Based on the former research of full text search technology, Chinese words segments and search model development, a more reasonable solution of conference information management is suggested.Secondly, this part studies the realization and application of information search technology on the carrier of conference such as video and text. The core technologies: file processing, Chinese word segmentation, index mechanism and retrieval mechanism are discussed. Moreover, based on the present situation of network development and information management, a framework of the conference information management to fulfill the requirements of Electric Power Enterprise, which include database design and functional modules analysis is presented.Finally, a conference information management system is developed. This part focus on the implement process of various modules including file processing, Chinese word segmentation, file index and search. The proposed system can deal with a variety of document format such as pdf, word and Excel.
