In the toy industry,manual covering film spray-paint technology most trival and complex,rely heavily on the experienced technicians, and spray paint efficiency is very low,work environment is also very bad, so that on the work of the staff less and less, hire difficult phenomenon is also increasingly serious,urgent need to develop spray paint automation equipment. At the same time,because of the toy sort is various, process is relatively complicated, and to the requirements of the quality of the spray paint more and more is also high.And because the defects of manual operation, cause high-grade toys manual inefficiency of spray paint, percent of pass is not high, urgent need to develop be able to overcome the defects of manual operation automation painting equipment.This paper toy industry spray paint of paint surface characteristics of toys,molmerged, cleaning the copper link analysis, design of motion controller in trio as the core of the toy spray paint systems. Aim at the toy surface spray-paint character and the got-up painting posture, utilizing the robot freedom degree analysis classification that the toy spray-paint is needed, the research of technics and program for the robot-based toy spray-paint is present. It focuses on the five painting modes, that is, straight line, arc, solid, solid single time, and userdefined, which are able to substitute most complicated handwork painting procedures. Adopting the precise transmission and orientation in the model combining configuration, it assures the workpiece and the copper model cooperating process placiditely, linearly, and precisely in the model combining movement. Besides, the amortizing tache among the workpiece models,eliminates the model combining non-integrity-match problem deriving from ccopper model transmutation and toy otherness.Copper model washing is a key tache the same as the painting. Uniting many research and man wash method, a multi-freedom-degree libration bub and wash method for the copper model surface oil paint is present. Meeting the higheffective painting and model exchanging requirement, it settles the difficulty of surface model oil paint remainder, especially the surface wash of the complex and exiguous model.The developed toy spray paint robot can meet the current toy spray-paint requirement. The painting effect is similar as the man-made one, while the efficiency goes to 3~5 times to the worker. With this device, it is able to disengage the labor from the abominable painting environment, and implement the clean, high efficiency, and energy saving producing process.
