Design And Implementation Of The Digital Classification Management System

With the rapid development of information technology, the implementation of the classification has become a hot topic in our country. There are some problems in the traditional classification, Which is unable to meet the needs of classification,possibly even threats our national interests and security due to the secret is determined wrongly or ignored. In order to reduce these problems, and make classification sciencely, using information technology to complete the work of classification has become the demand of the current secure domain. Therefore, this paper proposes a working solution that using the digital technology to complete the work of classification.The paper designs and implements a management system of digital classification.From the actual requirements of the classification, the system designs decision of suggestions module, which make the the process of classification standard and implements classification informationalization. In addition, for the problem that the classification worker is not sure the secret, by using text similarity comparison algorithm, this module can obtain the similarity of historical text and the current text,and then the similarity of the results are arranged in descending order to provide reference for secret worker, which can improve the accuracy and efficiency of classification. For security issues of classified documents, the system gives the design of rights management module and data sharing and exchange module. Rights management module realizes the rights management of undertakes and secret deciders.With XML technology, data sharing and exchange module defines a variety of standard system data exchange format and exchange file format, provides simple data interface, and the exported file is encrypted to ensure the security of classified documents. In addition, the system designs filling management module, which would have a produced document included in the appropriate document library, the users can query and manipulate document conveniently.From the actual classification work, this paper makes detailed functional requirements analyses of the digital classification management system, implemennts the various functions of the digital classification management system, and obtains thegoal of safety and efficiency. What,s more, the system has received acceptance of the State secrecy Bureau, and alse has been put into trial operation.
