Computed Tomography (CT) is a kind of examination on imaging diagnosis. This technique was said Computed Axial Tomography, which is an important research method and technology application in many fields, such as modern medicine and industry. CT is theoretically addressed as image reconstruction from projection data.FBP (Filtered Back Projection) is an important method for image reconstruction for its high accuracy and speed. Fourier transform is the main mathematical tool for FBP algorithm, and it studies the relationship between the time domain and frequency domain. In this paper, based on the convergence of FBP algorithm, we adopt different window functions to reconstruct image with FBP algorithm, and use image quality evaluation functions and cutting curves to make a comparison, we find smoothness of image borders are different.
