With the rapid development of computer and communication technology, material management system has been used by most of enterprises. Through the means of system you can query and deal with the material information which you need. However, the information security and data security has called attention of the enterprises and become a popular study point. With the algorithm become more complex and hackers use diversity of means to attack system, it is urgent for enterprises to design and develop material management system which is safer, more efficient and more reliable. The huge demand promotes the development of encryption system gradually towards the way of diversification. In recent years, many scholars introduce the chaotic theory into the field of information and data security encryption, which is one of current international frontier subjects, topics of the fusion of nonlinear science and information science.Chaos has the same natural relation as cryptography and is similar to cryptography in structure, which researches begin to apply chaos on the field of cryptography. For example, the sensitivity to initial original and systems parameter of chaos system correspond to the confusion characteristic of the traditional encryption system. Thus, the excellent mixing characteristic of chaos system ensures the chaotic encryption algorithm is the same as the traditional encryption algorithm.Nowadays there are some secure problems in most MIS’s based on the B/S model that are used in most of enterprises. So this paper advances the demands and the aim of design of security architecture. With the contrast among the two schemes of security architecture widely used, this paper puts forward an effective design of security architecture based on Chaotic Neural Network and solves safe issues of MIS.In this paper, we propose an encryption method based on chaotic sequence through studying Logistic chaotic mapping, analyze the encryption algorithm principle of chaotic system, and discuss the influence on the chaotic region some parameters. Finally, it uses the Matlab development kit to do experiments on the data of material management and gets good results.A novel transiently chaotic neural network with compound sine function based on Chen’s chaotic neural network. The new model has non-monotonous activation function composed by Sigmoid and compound sine function. The imminent ability of this new activation function is stronger than the primary monotonous Sigmoid. Analyze the dynamics behavior of the chaotic neuron and study the effect on the dynamics character by some parameters. And the new neural network is applied to the image encryption of the material management system and achieves good results through experiments.
