With the development of information science and technology, all walks oflife are gradually getting rid of the traditional way of work, and marching toautomation, intelligent production mode. However, in the livestock and poultrybreeding industry, the pig abnormal behavior detection is still in the original stateof artificial observation at present, which is not only time-consuming, but alsoaffected by the breeder subjective experience easily. In this condition, thedomestic and foreign scholars pay more attention to it, and carry out many studiesof automated disease surveillance. In order to solve this problem, a kind ofabnormal behavior analysis system based on ultrasonic positioning system isproposed.On the basis of fully researching for the automatic detection of the abnormalbehavior of pig domestic and overseas, a method of using pig motion trail to judgethe abnormal behavior of pig is put forward. In order to extract the trajectory ofpig, a variety of common indoor positioning system is compared in many aspects, such as the accuracy, cost, working principle and the requirements on environmentof positioning. Finally, the ultrasonic positioning system is selected to extract thepig trajectory, and the ultrasonic positioning system based on CC2530is designed.The ultrasonic positioning system is consist of transmission unit and receiverunit. One-knob linear regression equation is used to fitting the relation betweenmeasurement distance and the lag which is of the ultrasonic and RF signalbetween the transmission unit and receiver unit, the intersecting circle chordmethod is selected for pig location positioning through analyzing the complexitylocation conditions, location progress analysis based on four kinds of thelocalization algorithm at last. Experiments show that this thesis design ofpositioning system has high positioning accuracy laid a solid foundation for thefuture study of the abnormal behavior of pigs based on trajectory analysis. Inaddition, the factors affected the accuracy of ultrasonic positioning are analyzed,compensation schemes are proposed to decrease the influence of factors such astemperature, interrupt time. After measuring the trajectories of the pigs, themethod of behavior analysis which combine the position of pigs, pig styenvironment, pigs residence time as judging criteria is proposed, which is used todetermine the pigs diet, drinking water, drainage, rest, walk and so on. At the sametime, the basis and the concrete implementation plan of this method is put forward,and combined with farming experience to realize automatic detection of pigabnormal behavior. This paper designed pig positioning system based on ultrasonic technology,and proposed a method of pig abnormal behavior analysis, which offers a newidea for intelligent and automatic development of breeding industry. It could helpto reduce the manual labor, discover the abnormality of pig and avoid the loss.
