With the development of applications and information of internet and e-commerce, thee-commerce market became increasingly mature and active by leading companies, such asAlibaba Corporation, Tencent, and Baidu etc. The speed rise of various e-commerceplatforms in Taobao, Tmall and Wechat means the new era is coming.Business started from exchange goods to retail, and then transferred to commoditytrading, the process and method are becoming more perfect. In addition, the e-commerceshows different methods in internet retail, wholesale distribution, commodity trading,supply procurement, haute couture and barter clearance. The business processes andmethods are developed by advanced information technology and human behavior.Even though the e-commerce developed well, the current e-commerce platform focuson vertical e-commerce field, represented by Business-to-Business (B2B) commoditytrading, B2C online retail, Online-to-Offline (O2O) life services. E-commerce, online retail,B2B commodity trading and online marketing as a new business model which has hugepotential benefits and advantages, compared with traditional marketing channel(Wholesale—distribution—agents--direct marketing--franchising). With the intensivecompetition in traditional enterprise and rapidly development of online retail format, how tomatch the trend and temple of fast economic development becomes a big challenge fortraditional company. Therefore, it would be better to establish a series of systems, whichincludes in online product marketing system, business opportunity analysis and predictionsystem, customer management system, data accumulation and management system. As aresult, all these above systems will help the traditional corporate change or innovationbusiness model and expand marketing channels, it will also establish a sustained and stablebusiness channel to gain customer base effectively, and then contribute to rapidly enterprisetransformation. This dissertation will illustrate develop and design theory of online retail e-commerceplatform, the platform will use web develop model and technology methodology, such asMyeclipse, Model-View-Controller (MVC) and J2EE. In order to reduce decoupling degree,and make more convince for application explore, and then contribute to easily protectapplications, the paper will divide Java Web into three core layers, which are model layerview layer and controller layer. The aims of MVC application procedure are separate userinterface and service logic, offer strong Modification and extension capability, and improvethe system testability. In addition, the platform use Browser/Server (B/S) framework tosupport access browser and background server at the same time, and use Mysql asbackground database. Furthermore, the J2EE technology works for application layer,business layer, and data access layer, and make the different functions of each layers cometrue. Next, the platform employs JDK system to develop and work with Java application,Tomcat as server to support develop and shakedown test of Java Web. Then, MyEclipse asprofessional development tool for J2EE Web project, which has various functions inintegrated development environment, and the tool also includes other functions of coding,debugging, test and project presentation. Finally, the paper will test the system and platformto find and resolve problems, in order to make sure effective operation of the system andthe platform.The vertical e-commerce platform analyses customer needs in detail, and use thisanalysis to design Web function. In the user part, they can look through products, add intoshopping cart, place orders and resignation. On the other hand, the background managercould make goods transaction, member management, order management and otheroperations. The detailed develop process as followed: firstly, design many use case viewsbased on customer needs analysis, and then define develop measures, next, design databasetable, finally, develop project and complete system test. The test result would indicate theusability, robustness and fault tolerance of the system.
