With the wide application of computer technology, especially the application ofdatabase technology, large amounts of data have been accumulated in all walks of life.Though the amount of data is huge, the amount of information is limited. Theimportance of data mining has been growing recognized by data-intensive business.The research on the application of intelligent-recommendation-engine technology indata mining technology is more and more. The technology has been widely used indifferent application systems, which makes the searching results much less and moreefficient. The technology also makes it more convenient and easier for the users to getthe satisfactory information as well as matching their conditions, which helps the usersto save a lot of time. The application of intelligent-recommendation-engine It is amajor focus to apply the intelligent-recommendation-engine technology to the graduateemployment management information system.According to the practical situation of Changsha Commerce&Tourism College,The writer has developed an employment management information system based onintelligent recommendation engine technology. The system includes the followingaspects:1. In order to solve the problem of the graduates information management ofChangsha Commerce&Tourism College, graduates online management informationsystem was designed and has been taken into practice. Lots of complicated work isfinished automatically and managed systematically by computers. The system canprovide dynamic employment information correctly and completely. It can keep thedata timely, at the same time it can also keep the data consistent and accurate. It makesthe employment management more efficient. The system provides an employmentinformation management platform for the college which is scientific, digital and highlystandardized.2. Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of single collaborativefiltering and content filtering technology, the writer puts forward an idea based onhybrid recommendation algorithm by integrating content filtering technology intosingle collaborative filtering. The content of the project can remedy the missing score.Through content filtering, similar neighbors can be found for the users. At last, therecommended results are produced through collaborative filtering technology. 3. Based on the above thought and theory of the hybrid recommendationalgorithm, asynchronous online and offline module are design, and the hybridrecommendation algorithm is realized. Finally the superiority of hybridrecommendation algorithm is proved by evaluating the results through the yardstick ofthe average absolute deviation.4. According to the users’ requirements, the system design scheme is put forward,and adopting the typical B/S structure is determined. Taking the secure and stable SQLServer2012database management system as the background data center, the writerdevelops this system by using JSP tools.System test shows that the system has realized the above functions, and can beapplied both in college students’ information management and graduates employmentinformation management.
