SAR/GMTI not only can get the static background image by using SAR imagingtechnology, but also can get the ground moving target information by using GMTItechnology. SAR/GMTI has obtained wide attention at present. Moving targetdetection and parameter estimation is an important application of the SAR/GMTI.Multiband is a developing trend of SAR. Moving target information of different bandsare complementary. Integrating multiband SAR/GMTI to get dynamic targetinformation can improve the accuracy of moving target detection and parameterestimation. It can also solve blind speed and velocity ambiguity problem. This paper mainly study moving target detection and parameter estimationproblem of multiband SAR/GMTI. The context of the thesis is typical dual-bandthree-channel DPCA system, such as moving target detection of single band, movingtarget parameter estimation of single band, solution of blind speed and velocityambiguity problem, dual-band moving target parameter estimation. Thecorresponding research results are as fallows:1) Single band moving target detection: A scene simulation is combined by amoving point targets simulation based on time domain and the background simulationbased on frequency domain. DPCAand CFAR has been used for target detection.2) Single band moving target parameter estimation: The clutter locking methodand sub-aperture correlation method are used to estimate parameters. The signal’scenter frequency and Doppler frequency rate are estimated. The motion parametersof moving targets are calculated.3) Dual-band moving target parameter estimation: The integration solution ofblind speed problem and velocity ambiguity problem based on dual-band fusion isproposed. As maximum detectable speed in two bands is deferent, we can solve blindspeed and velocity ambiguity problem4) Dual-band moving target parameter estimation: The fusion of parameterestimation method based on genetic algorithm is proposed. In different wavelengths, due to the different characteristics of the electromagnetic wave, the result ofestimating moving targets will be different. The genetic algorithm is proposed toconfuse estimated results for dual-band.
