In real life, there are many examples of the different parts joining together as a whole, such as the merging of enterprises, universities, the confluence of rivers, forests, the grafting of plants, the connection of power grids and so on. They are all related to the combination and merger problem of the same kind of object. If considered from the perspective of data processing, and made enterprises, universities, rivers, forests, plants, power grids and others abstract as data, this combination and merge contain the common characteristics, which make different kinds of data information considered as a whole. Describing classification phenomenon with mathematical methods is the basis of the algorithm to simulate the actual problem and program management, which can be attributed to the combined data research. Data consolidation description and modeling applications are discussed in this paper.The data combination is closely related to data clustering combination, which involves the processing of granular computing. Granular computing is granulated to solve complex problems and reduce the complexity of data processing. The data processing has been applied in this paper. And the mathematical structure is used for various types of data because of the close relation of all kinds of data so as to build a data merge description method. Structured description method of the data merging is used after granulated converting of the structure. At the same time, data merging computer algorithm is given through the algebraic transformation matrix. The main structure of this paper is organized as follows.(1) The set of graining is obtained through the data set of graining. And the correlation structure of all kinds of data information is formed by combining the data set and its relation, and the combination of graining set, which create structuring basic for the data combination.(2) The granular structure is formed by structure converting of rational structure, which can complete the data combination. From associated-combinatorial structure to granulation structure, this article accurately describes all changes in the data combination and provides theoretical method for data combination.(3) Using the method form the structure to the matrix, the associated-combinatorial structure and granulation structure changed to associated matrix and granulation matrix. The change simulates the structure transformation and provides programming method for data combination.(4) In order to discuss the close degree of relationship between different data, we mark it by weight. The weighted and associated-combinatorial structure includes two parts. One is weighted and the other is associated-combinatorial structure. We can get the weighted and granulation structure with the method of granulation. The weighted and associated-combinatorial structure and weighted and granulation structure corresponds to the weighted and associated matrix and weighted and granulation matrix, the solution of the problem is converted into the matrix operation. It is adapt to the new situation from the weighted and associated-combinatorial structure to the weighted and granulation structure.
