The event-triggered mechanism plays an important role in reducing delay and packet loss, therefore, more and more scholars have paid attention to the NCS event-triggered mechanism. When the sensor and the controller is in asynchronous state, using the time-triggered mechanism, there will be network congestion and data miscellaneous, it makes a NCS event-triggered mechanism. The trigger mechanism is to add an event between the sensor and the controller, the mechanism is added an event triggers between the sensor and the controller, to make the selection of the control signal and meet the performance requirements. The study of event-triggered mechanism has made some progress, but there are many drawbacks. First of all, when the signal is sampled by sensor, it needs continuous sampling, and increasing the cost of the hardware detection device. When the sensor node signal is interrupted, the hardware detection device is still in working condition, so it increases energy consumption. Then it lacks a event-triggered mechanism model to make detecting about discrete data. Secondly, the bandwidth frequency of signal source will contain interfering components, it makes the control system with time-varying delay. Then there is no literature to filter this limit, so we need to design the event-trigger mechanism control system that combine with the trigger and the filter to solve the above problem. Last, It is still in the blank state for the establishment of hardware experimental test platform about the event-triggered mechanism. The part of literature simulation just to establish physical model and test the software, did not realize the combination of theory and practice. In this paper, the main work is completed for the above problem as follows:1). Added an event trigger between the sensor and the controller, and got an event-triggered mechanism NCS model diagram. Aiming to the receiving of discrete data signal, we designed a sampling controller algorithm to obtain the conditions of trigger control. Thus, it can reduce hardware costs and energy consumption. In the case of state feedback controller is added to get the equations of event-triggered mechanism system in different time interval. Then, the system equation of the stability analysis is made. By using the liapunov stability criterion to get sufficient conditions and convergence factor for exponential stability. Finally, We analyzed the gain of the event-triggered mechanism and applied the free weighting matrix method to get the gain range.2). For time-varying delay systems with signal interference, we present the solution that combined with the filter and trigger. This paper designed a H∞ filter, get the estimation model of filter by using fuzzy inference. In the process of constructing estimate model, to get the transmission condition of event trigger depending on the state error. The trigger condition has a certain role for reducing the hardware equipment and energy consumption. Finally, to get the H∞ performance index of the system, the stability of event-triggered mechanism filtering system are analyzed.3). The MATLAB simulation and GSMT experimental platform were combined to obtain network progress chart for the event-triggered mechanism and time-triggered mechanism. It shows the advantage that the event-triggered mechanism reducing time delay. First of all, the chapter is designed structure of the intranet system and the extranet system. The absolute value of the sum of the motor slip angle as an event reference amount, and get the motors judgment standard of different state of motion. Finally, in the MATLAB simulation platform, we get the network parameters for the event-triggered mechanism, and find contact details on overshoot, network delay and trigger times.
