Lab VIEW is a virtual instrument development platform developed by USA national instrument company. It can be programmed through the graphical code programming. It is well expandable and can modularizedly design measuring tool for user’needs.Based on the Lab VIEW software, the paper changes infix expression into the anti Poland formula by scheduling field algorithm, and sets up a mathematical formula G code by the anti Poland formula. The problems of function unidentificated, VI program automatically generated and etc. are solved by the data flow mathematical formula.Firstly, variables, constants, arithmetic symbols and operational functions of the infix expression from Lab VIEW queue operation are stored separately. Secondly, conditions are judged, and operation symbols and operational function format distinguished by the structure programming. Finally, a new VI program is set up by VI script, node calls and ect.to call all kinds of VI math function, and the program trace data transmission process by calling the system I/O interface function and transmit data, automatically become mathematical formulas to the VI program, and establish the expression of G code’mathematical formula.After the expression set up, a test platform in the Lab VIEW is built to check G code expression of the mathematical formula. The results confirm its accuracy and expandable. Compared with the mathematical formula of node in the LabVIEW, the generator of G code expression of the mathematical formula in this paper is more effective.This paper mainly introduces the overall design scheme of the generator of G code expression of the mathematical formula and the software testing system, including the functions of development environment introduction, algorithm design and algorithm implementation, data process, procedure calls, vector conversion and data storage, and other of the various parts of the concrete realization method. This paper aslo emphatically analyzes the difficulties to achieve the design of inverse test platform of Poland expression in the LabVIEW environment in the automatic generation of mathematical formula and process, and puts forward the solving scheme.
