| With the leapfrog development of wireless communication technology, mobile devices have become a more and more popular communication platform. In order to better maintain a long period of social stability, the police operation system should explore how to make use of the existing mobile communication technology more efficiently, such as voice calls and SMS. Taking the popularity and convenience of SMS in practical use into consideration, if we could combine it with the needs of police operation and build a SMS platform that serves the demands of the public security work, and conduct actual application deployment, greater social benefits would be created.Based on what’s mentioned above, this research mainly discusses how to construct a unified multi-gateway two-way SMS interactive platform that can be used to report emergencies, ask for social aids, manage internal affairs and other police operations. This SMS platfor m will provide a standard data interface for the police operation system and the operator’s SMS platform, and as a result, it can be used to conduct two-way receiving and sending of SMS between the police and ordinary people, and finally, achieve the function of calling the police,asking for social aids, and internal management of the police system, etc. through SMS.This research eventually builds a two-way interactive SMS platform. JAVA language with excellent portability is used in the design and development of this SMS platform. Through combining Servlet with HTTP, the self-owned authenticated open interface of the platfor m has been developed. The final SMS platform system consists of four layers of system, w hich are: gateway, core, GAP filter and application. The function of the SMS platform adopts the modular design, w hich consists of many subsystems, and these subsystems are deployed o n separate servers in a distributed manner, w hich helps to improve the stability of the system. The function module of the platform includes application module, basic management module, senior management module, other modules and application connecting interface.In the application of the public security business, short message platform can access SMS gateway of different operators; provide fast response to the 110 alarm based on short messages; provide SMS service interface for the service system of public security, can provide to the investigation of the supervision departments; each department user can send messages online; configuration SMS strategies can be flexible; all the history date of the platform will be send to the database; all the history date will be analysis and generate reports. In short, the platform will promot the development of public security business and create more social benefits. |
