Recently,with the pervasiveness of mobile consumer electronic devices such as smartphone, tablet computer and so on, more and more personal information is stored in such devices, these devices are becoming an indispensable part of people’s life. At the same time, the user data security in consumer devices has attracted considerable research, identification technology is one of the core technology to ensure user data and privacy security,however,the mobile devices identification technology currently is easy to forge,easy to loss and easy to be cracked. To solve the security problem of user identification in mobile devices,this article starts from user behavior characteristic,faces user experience and carry out research on multi-factor fusion mobile devices user identification. In view of the using environment differences and the requirement of user experience, two schemes based on the seamless fusion of input content and input time are proposed in this paper, they both improve the security of mobile device user identification. There are two user identification for mobile devices proposed in this paper: one is handwriting and time based identification system, called HTBI. Traditional handwriting identification aims at handwriting pattern recognition, however, HTBI combines handwriting pattern and handwriting input time. With HTBI, the features of writing process can be extracted and standardized efficiently by spatial-domain transformation and time-domain transformation without adding extra hardware devices. Another one is matrix and time based identification system, called MTBI. Traditional matrix identification aims at matrix pattern recognition, however, MTBI combines matrix pattern and matrix dot stay time. With MTBI, the obtaining of matrix input process and the features of matrix input process can be extracted and standardized without adding extra hardware devices. In the thesis, carried out the following aspects of research work:1. Traditional user identification technology and mobile devices user identification are investigated and analyzed, the problems of user identification in the mobile devices is pointed.2. Two different schemes are proposed aim at the problems of user identification in the mobile devices and the characteristic of the mobile devices.3. HTBI system and MTBI system are implemented in Android platform, and the simulation and analysis of these two systems is made.HTBI system and MTBI system can achieve the user identification with high security and efficiency, and the performance evaluations via implementation on mobileconsumer electronic devices also demonstrate the HTBI and MTBI’s effectiveness can fully satisfy the balance of the security, efficiency and ease of use.
