With the development of the 4G system based mainly on LTE and LTE-Advanced, the network formed by fixed nodes has been unable to meet the demand of rapid traffic growth. Amorphous cells with dynamic variable shape and location can not only compensate the coverage holes caused by the network, but also enhance coverage area and reduce the cost. Based on these, we believe that the research on amorphous cells will have great theoretical value and broad application prospects. This thesis mainly concerned with the dynamic resource management of amorphous cells. First, the relevant knowledge of amorphous cells is introduced, including the definition, characteristics and scenario. Then the architecture of mobile relay, and the related application scenarios and handover process are given. Next, in order to reduce the signaling loss and guarantee the quality of communication for group handover under high-speed moving scenarios, an optimized handover scheme of mobile relay is presented based on the dual-antenna structure. Finally, according to the mobility characteristics of amorphous cells, a dynamic relay selection scheme for mobile users is studied based on the constrained Markov decision process(CMDP), which can meet the needs of user’s mobility and green communication.Through the research on the dynamic characteristics of amorphous cells, we want to provide a great convenience for the practical application of amorphous cells.
