With the development of technology, time is becoming the highest accuracy measurement of physical quantities around the world, and is widely applied in military and civilian fields such as navigation, communications and measurement. However, there are only two different ways for domestic customers to get high precision time calibration. One way is to buy Time Measurement and Analysis Service which belong to The National Institute of Standards and Technology for remote calibration. Another way is to send their cesium oscillator to time calibration laboratories for traditional calibration. All of these ways cost a lot. Therefore, domestic customers need a low cost, high precision of remote time calibration system urgently.This article discusses the development and application areas of time calibration services, and the necessity and importance of remote time calibration. Firstly, from the perspective of software development, insight into the common language runtime and managed code of.NET, and discusses the similarities and differences between the.NET Framework and Java runtime environment. Secondly, from the perspective of software design, according to the requirements of the remote time calibration system, this article analyzes the function that Data Processing Center Management Software for Remote Time Calibrations should have, based on the determined function of the software, designing the each module of the software. Thirdly, design and implement the details of each module. Finally, through the test and practice, it is proved that the system can accurately and provide customers remote time calibration services real-time. According to the research above, and combined with the current software development technology, this article designs and implements a remote time calibrations software system. By sending data through Internet, customers will get real time calibrations data sending by the system. At the same time, customers can ask the system for time calibration report which is analyzed through history data. In order to provide better service, each customer’s data and statistical analysis of the graph is displayed can be performed on the system interface, and configuration items of the customer and the system are provided to allow the parameters of the error correction algorithm and customer’s data can becontrolled by system maintenance staff.Finally, a series of individual functions of the software has been tested, and the performance is analyzed, testing and analysis results show that the software achieve all the functionality of the design. the software also showed good stability which can provide customers with accurate and real-time calibration services in practice.
