The signal power would be fluctuant and signal wave would be aberrant at the condition of space environment changed(such as ionosphere storm, or ionosphere glitter), aging satellites equipments and strong electromagnetic interference. The measurement accuracy of satellite receiver would be declined at these abnormal conditions. And if we do not monitor these abnormal conditions availability, the pointing error would be increased and integrity risk would be bear by users. Even airplane accident would be happened when measurements included error message introduced into the differential PVT computation. Therefore, it is necessary to research on the Signal Quality Monitoring(SQM) technology of satellite navigation landing system in order to realize integrity monitor of satellite navigation landing system and make sure the safety of airplane landing.The reference of SQM technology about GNSS system at home and aboard, combining the real case and technology characteristics of the BD system, according to the high performance requirements of GNSS-based Landing System on SQM, the overall program of SQM technology about BD Landing System is designed. Being theory is improved; Code-Carrier Deviation(CCD) Detection method based on wavelet decomposition and reconstruction and correlation peak detection method based on advanced delta method and Least Squares method are discussed. And then signal power detection, Code-Carrier Deviation(CCD) Detection and correlation peak detection technology are realized by software in this thesis. Finally, Experimentation environment is built to simulate the system troubles(such as GNSS power aberrant, code-carrier abnormal and multipath delay), verify the SQM of BD Landing System, and realize integrity monitor of satellite navigation landing system.The result of our research has already been used in the “GNSS Ground-based Augmentation System” and the “Unmanned-vehicle flying off and landing guidance system”. Through the test and examination for more than 6 months, the designed requirements have been meet.
