With the popularity of Web 2.0 development and popularity began to rise multimedia sharing sites, as well as with the GPS positioning function of the electronic device. People can use the electronic device with GPS positioning function to obtain a photo shoot with a location and time information, and shared these photos on web albums like Panoramio. So we can dig out useful tourist information from these photos taken with a location and time information(1) we can dig out interesting spots based on a photo tour of users to share information;(2) to a user in a tour within a period of time to upload photos on the electronic map labeled, you can restore their travel trajectory, and to develop a shared interest in accordance with the user’s travel experience, and efficient travel plans. Dig out from these photo collections with location and time information in the travel information that users recommend travel. This information is provided voluntarily public, to some extent reflects people’s cognitive tourism and travel behavior characteristics, they are different from general text, most of the spatial information, which is Volunteered Geographic Information.In this article, we will discuss the issue about Volunteered Geographic Information-based travel information mining and recommendation, and by building an operating system for mobile phones Android interactive travel recommendation system, users can make tourism interact with the system, thus for travel to provide a basis for decision.Specifically, the main contents and innovations are as follows:(1) Determine the album Panoramio which has VGI mode network as a data source for this article.On Google Earth to save any photo information within the study area to KML file format,then parsing KML file for integration into Panoramio photo ID and URL, and then using an online data acquisition software- train collector, according to certain rules collection thereby acquired the title photo, photo ID, sharer, geographic coordinates, shooting time, description information.(2) Proposed spatial clustering method mining from a large number of popular tourist attractions photo collection methods.By comparing the division of k-means algorithm based on density-based clustering analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of DBSCAN, using the DBSCAN algorithm, combined with the characteristics of the data source of this article, on DBSCAN algorithm is improved to the public network photo shoot with the geographic coordinates and time information sharing on the album in a mined area attractions and a representative of its name, such as wind sites, buildings, bridges, monuments, etc.(3) proposed a new algorithm to dig out potential joint route itinerary from the numerous attractions of interest.Through these photo collections with location and time information, although you can shoot well past restore tourist itineraries, but tourists travel during photo shoot is not all the time, or the journey is the process of selective shooting, photo shoot they are random, the existence of which will not get a complete tourist itinerary of problems, so for these incomplete tourist routes, the paper proposes a new joint route algorithm(Path Union Algorithm) method from the many tourist routes added to restore the tourist itinerary.(4) Build an interactive mobile travel route recommendation system platform.In order to achieve a better user experience effect, an operating system built for the Android mobile phone interactive travel recommendation system, making it easy for the user and the system interact visually browsing system mined popular tourist attractions and travel Directions and information on attractions and routes. On this basis, the user can enter the travel time, travel preferences, visit attractions and other information customized personalized travel route, so as users travel tourism to provide a basis for decision.In this paper, VGI as a data source has opened a new data acquisition mode, is a new attempt at VGI data mining and recommendation of tourist information, compared to the traditional way is easier to operate, more real-time, and to better reflect the tourism users has a more realistic expression. In previous studies, the scholars use the GPS track to mining information, but usually users in order to protect their privacy and do not want to share their GPS track data. Therefore, this article use the photos which with the location and time information set, dig out tourist information and recommend to travel users.
