With the rapid development of technology, the ability of human-computer interaction that people have become increasingly demanding, how to reach anthropomorphic computer, the most important thing is to be done on people’s emotions and accurate information intelligent recognition. Speech recognition is an important part of human-computer interaction in which technical capacity, and has become many scholars are exploring emerging research hotspot issues, however, the traditional voice recognition systems generally reflect only part of the information, while ignoring the emotional speech contained information, this also reduces the accuracy of speech recognition. This article will focus on the acoustic characteristics of emotion research, namely through the emotional features included in the speaker’s voice analysis to identify the speaker’s emotional information, which has become a voice recognition system to improve the recognition rate of the key indicators.In this paper, the author experience, the use of pattern recognition methods based on these issues made some studies to improve recognition accuracy. First of all, according to research scholars of sentiment classification, combined with environmental factors, psychological, physiological needs and in which the baby’s emotional needs will be defined to classify infants. Secondly, the analysis of current research on infant emotional speech recognition and implementation of technical, analytical distinction and significance of each characteristic parameter extraction current. Emotional pitch characteristic parameters include, for example, energy and other parameters, and analyze the correlation between the parameters and characteristics of each infant affective features. Again, the theory by analyzing the pattern of speech recognition, including K-nearest neighbor method (KNN), hidden Markov model method (HMM), neural networks and other pattern recognition theory of pattern recognition feasibility of emotion, combined with the corresponding KNN algorithm proposed emotional features contribution rate for emotional speech recognition effectiveness.After comprehensive comparison, this article will feature integrated multi-dimensional emotional arguments and emotional needs of babies KNN algorithm for pattern recognition experiments and the corresponding technical implementation methods and experimental results.
