In recent years, mobile privacy information leakage problem has become increasingly prominent, resulting in the loss of mobile phone users on the material and spiritual. So the study of the cell phone privacy protection mechanism has become a focus in the mobile Internet security research area. To solve the leak of phone privacy, there are two key points. One is the need to be able to detect malwares which would steal the user’s mobile phone private information, and the appropriate treatment; another is able to protect and encrypt phone privacy information to prevent other malicious users from stealing.For the first point, the current malware detection technology is mainly divided into static detection and dynamic detection. So to analyze and study these two types of detection technology and security mechanisms Android system itself-depth, this paper proposes two phone privacy protection mechanisms, which are based on a combination of static permissions detection mechanism and dynamic monitoring mechanism of the behavior of the log. In addition, according to the second point, the paper also presents encryption mechanisms of applications and remote control mechanism based on SMS instruction. Next, the main work of this paper can be briefly discussed:1. To analyze and study Android operating system for four-tier structure in-depth, and understand the Android operating system’s own security mechanisms as well as the various types of current malware detection technology. Then point out flaws and shortcomings of these security mechanisms and detection technology exists to make the current mobile phone users are still facing a huge threat to privacy.2. On the basis of existing malware detection technology, the paper proposes two improved privacy theft class malware detection mechanisms, which are based on a combination of static permissions detection mechanism and dynamic monitoring mechanism of the behavior of the log. The former can effectively identify whether the applications in phones contain permissions combination of mobile phone users’private information stolen, the latter can identify those privacy theft class malicious behavior based on a running log phone application.3. To enable mobile phone users to protect and encrypt privacy information in phones and to prevent other malicious users stealing, the paper also designed the application encryption mechanisms and remote control mechanism based on SMS instruction. The former is used to encrypt secret application. The latter is used for remote control of private information stolen phone.4. Based on four privacy protection mechanism presented above, the paper design and implement the android phone privacy protection software which is effective and practical. After the software design is completed, its functional and non-functional testing results almost meet the needs of the project.
