Chinese capital market was from the initial start-up period to the development period, now it gets maturity. In the process of Chinese capital market to mature, apart from the listed companies and investors, Chinese financial media also plays an important role.They have recorded Chinese capital market ever,and they will go to tomorrow together.This artical reviews the development of Chinese financial media and summarizes the different characteristics and properties of the different stages of the financial media; Secondly, the article is based on the two basic functions of the financial media and analysis the relationship between media coverage and the quality of corporate disclosure; and finally, the paper summarizes the problems of Chinese financial media faced now and mskes possible comments and suggestions.
