Rotating Antenna Controller Design Based On ARM

According to the functional requirements of the rotational movement of the antenna, the hardware around the ARM7 chips finished with a power supply circuit, serial communication circuits, motor control circuits, selsyn converter signal processing circuit, temperature and humidity module circuits, motor protection module circuit the core of the circuit design.Draw the corresponding assembly drawings and electrical wiring diagram, and in accordance with the drawings to complete the assembly and wiring of each module.In software, complete with a network control unit, selsyn converter, motor protection, temperature and humidity data communication module, data analysis of the specific program design,complete motor control, digital display, keyboard and other modules programming.Finally, a design flow chart of the main program, the key design was elaborated. The controller uses serial communication way to receive and upload the corresponding data, Antenna drive unit to the host computer receives motion commands sent to, after parsing and corresponding algorithm, generates the appropriate control signals to control the rotation of the three-phase asynchronous motor, you can also use the keys and digital control panel on the antenna drive unit to control the movement of the antenna.
