The structural-functional integration antenna, which not only can integrate antenna into the weaponry platform but also is both a structural component that has the mechanical bearing capacity and an antenna that has the electromagnetic transceiver function, has important application value in aviation and aerospace field. This thesis studies the influence of manufacturing defects and structural distortion on its electrical properties based on the structural-functional integration antenna of high frequency. Firstly, the circular polarized patch antenna who works in Ka band was established by the finite element analysis model, and the influence of the radome on the antenna array gain was analyzed; secondly, as for the two defects of the microstripe line warping deformation and coaxial line displacement, the influence mechanism of the microstripe line warping deformation and coaxial line displacement on the characteristic impedance and transmission characteristics of its own was studied by using the conformal transformation and equivalent model method of reflection coefficients; On this basis, in view of the coaxial line displacement, the mixed model of the coaxial line displacement was established based on the support vector machine regression correction algorithm, which lays a foundation for the optimal design of coaxial line displacement; finally, the electromagnetic coupling problem of the structural-functional integration antenna was studied, and the influence rule of the structure deformation caused by airborne service load on antenna radiation characteristics was analyzed.
