Research On Bags Transfer Printing Character Recognition System Of High Speed

In the productive process of the bags each of the bags will be printed with a coding through the thermal transfer technology.Bags coding is a character number of particular significance which prints in bags by the manufacturer representing factory serial number, the coding is made up of numbers and letters clearly and correctly.Bags character recognition technology has important significance in improving the degree of automation,to ensure product quality,to solve the problems in the actual production.The transfer printing quality of the characters can be indirectly detected Testing to identify the transfer characters on the transfer printing paper tape. So in this paper,video tape recording of video acquisition system has been designed.Under laboratory conditions video acquisition system can collect the character image well.In actual production environment.because of the influence of the ground vibration, the paper tape will be inclined and fold,In order to ensure the patient the accuracy of character recognition,in this paper the tilt tape characters has been corrected,and the adhesion of characters has been done with well,providing a reliable guarantee for subsequent character recognition.According to the character recognition,a character recognition algorithm is proposed in this paper,image quartering recognition algorithm.The result is compared with the traditional BP algorithm,the proposed algorithm can identify the characters faster and higher identification accuracy.In the presence of incomplete characters,basing on the image quartering recognition algorithm,using the hole analysis,improving the accuracy of character recognition further. This paper uses the finite state machine to display the characters with the video synchronously,character recognition accuracy and recognition speed can be intuitive show,human-computer interaction interface is friendly.In this paper,the development of visual inspection system has been successfully applied to practical production,the operation condition is good.
