In the recent years, the international language network with the rapid development of Internet technology is entering the maturity phase, we can say that international language network has entered our lives. Moreover, distinguishing the emotional tendencies in the international network language has a wide range of applications in practice. It plays an important role especially in companies’commercial profits and the public sentiment monitoring of our country. And then, doing researches and analysis on the tendencies of this language has a very important practical significance. However, at present the translation of multi language on the internet only consider the translation of the basic meaning, while lacking of the accurate delivery of the emotional tendency, there still has great limitations about the semantic recognition technology in practical applications.This article does exploratory researches on the methods of analysis techniques of the international network language’s emotional tendencies, takes Chinese, English and Spanish for examples, and does researches on these three international network languages which are used most popularly and frequently now. At first, it expounds the basic features and the corpus of this language, and on this basis, it proposes a computational method of the international network language based on Hownet and PMI. Finally, this article uses the software tool on testing the emotional tendencies to realize the technique, and to obtain the analysis results more accurately and perfectly.The author gains the text of international network language and establish the semantic dictionary, it divides this language into 8 emotions. The author splits some sentences by semiotic system and the hidden Markov model. Finally, the author realizes the technique by computing the emotional expression patterns in sentences and the emotion in language texts.
