With the rapid development of computer technology, neuroscience and signal processing technology, neural interface(NI) has become the current hot content of multidisciplinary research. Neural interface is an interactive channels in nerve system and external environment. Information outside can be converted into specific pattern by NI to improve and repair the defect of nervous system. It can also be extracted by NI, and after processing the received signal, it can be translated into the command which can be identified by the machine to control the external device. Biological robot is the animal which is implanted neural interface, and external control commands can be converted to electrical stimulation by NI to control animals’behavior by putting it into animal nervous system. At the same time, we can extract the neuronal electrical signals in the nervous system of the animal by NI. After feature extraction and pattern classification, we can observe the physiological state of the animals in the specific conditions of sports.At present, most of the neural interface applied to the biological robot is one-way transmission of information. Single input neural interface can not assess the effect of stimulation on animal quantificationally, and single output neural interface should not control the animal behavior due to the lack of stimulation. Therefore, in order to solve the neural excitation response model, to settle the quantitative evaluation of the stimulus parameters, to optimize the incentive parameters and to control the biological machines precisely, it has become more and more important to study the technology of small bi-directional transmission.This article designs and builds the bio robot software system platform based on neural interface technology. This article firstly introduced the neural interface technology and bio robot then it reveals the urgency of the bio robot research and the importance of the neural interface technology and puts forward the concrete research contents. Then this article introduces the technology basis of bio robot, including electrode fabrication, animal operation, visual studio 2010 programming technology, android intelligent mobile phone development platform and neuronal signal processing technology. After that this paper proposes the framework of bio robot system based on bidirectional neural interface, and introduces and implements the stimulus parameters setting module, bluetooth connection module, android intelligent mobile phone software, the neuronal signals analysis module, realtime signal acquisition module and neuronal signal processing module in the system detailedly. Stimulation parameters setting module and the Bluetooth connection module realize the input type neural interface. It can translate the command which is setted by experimenter to the corresponding patterns of electrical stimulation to control the behavior of rat. Neuronal signals analysis module and the neuronal signal processing module realize output type neural interface. It can collect and analysis electrical signal which is sparkled by the rats’neuron.In addition, this article designs a experiment to test the performance of the bio robot system. First of all, we design a test software to verify the connectivity of the input system; secondly, this article uses the simulated signals with noise to test the performance of the algorithm. Then, this paper uses the improved algorithm to classify the neural signal of rat’s stretch out and draw back experimental paradigm. And we obtain the satisfied result.Finally, we summarizes the full text and points out the problems we need to continue to research in the future.
