Research And Implementation Of The SLA Monitoring System For Based Risk Managemengt Platform

From the collapse of Lehman Brothers’bankrupt to Icelandic government, risk management has been put into the national strategy. to have a comprehensive risk management philosophy and risk quantification, risk management techniques to model the Basel risk capital management protocol has become basic risk management guidelines adopted by the world ’s major banks. With further emphasis on risk management, Basel Risk Management system also gradually developed security and reliability of banking operations rely on these key business systems supports. Therefore need some way to guarantee quality of services of the Basel business systems, so it is imminent to introduce a system monitoring and management of business system into Basel business management platform. The traditional network monitoring and management system mainly focused on the physical device or operating state level, rarely involve the operational level management, which is quite difficult to meet the actual requirements of the Basel system. In order to manage quality of services system management system effectively, we have introduced a SLA (Service Level Service Level Agreement) into the Basel system management system. In this paper, it is start from the research of the Basel-based SLA monitoring system, and then design and implementation, with further analysis.In the requirements analysis process, according to the actual business operations subsystem features of Basel system, in the bottom-up approach, by mapping the relationship between the SLA parameters obtained with the business further analysis, we come to the business acquisition requirements of SLA parameters and requirements of templates. In data processing, we introduce a SOA architecture platform to implement the needs of operation and maintenance, which is easy to plug in other systems and extend to meet requirements of the system increasing. There have flexible configuration, low-cost, high-capacity equipment, and scalable features, reducing operation and maintenance costs, improving the efficiency of support staff of subsystems, satisfying the system operators and maintenance supporters.Research results:1. According to the features of the Basel risk management system, A SLA frame of reference and mapping system is designed to manage the whole quality of services of Basel risks management platform.2. It is proposed a design based on SOA architecture of the Basel risk business monitoring system (bus-service mode). The architecture is based on analysis of business requirement which is easy to expand and easy to plug in target system for monitoring.3. SOA architecture framework technology is a hot topic in recent years, which is widely studied and applied in the fields of manufacturing, logistics, and education etc., but the study work in the monitoring system for financial risk platform is almost zero. It provide a use case of SOA architecture in building Basel financial risk monitoring system to verify the feasibility of SOA technology in financial risk management control systems in the field of business, which is expanding the scope of application of SOA.
