In the system, the core of the whole is how to dig, express and update users’ interests, how to extract and represent the characteristic of resource, how to recommend the personalized resources by users’ interests.The main work in the paper: build the user interest model based on user behavior, and dynamic update the model data according to the drift of the user interest; get the score tendency of users to the video resources according to the users’ behavior, it can reflect the superiority of resources, and finally formed the micro-course evaluation mechanism; based on the User-CF algorithm as a bridge, combining the two parts work above to complete the recommendation system.In this paper, based on the related theories, combine with the characteristics of personalized recommendation technology and users、videos in micro-course system, based on the users’ features to push video resources,completed the designing and coding, at last, real users through a certain system tests the feasibility of the system, a simple usability testing and evaluation.
