Cyber-Physical System is a fusion system of processes processes and physical processes. Embedded computers and networks through a feedback loop to monitor and control a physical process, then the feedback loop interact with the physical process and calculation process. CPS is not the union but the intersection of the physical layer and the information layer, Integration of information processes and physical processes is the key to improve the degree of integration of CPS.This paper focuses on the study of the architecture of CPS. This paper established a CPS Context-aware model for real-time and complexity of the physical environment. By sensing the physical world reliable scenarios information, This paper established the architecture of CPS system based on context-aware. The main contents and innovations are as follows:(1) Describs the research of CPS architecture and development status at home and abroad. This paper established a CPS prototype structure according to the characteristics of CPS, And analyzed the relationship of the internal architecture of the individual cells.(2) Presents a typical three-level CPS architecture, which divided into physical layer (Physical Layer-PL), the network layer (Network Layer-NL) and the application layer (Application Layer-AL). And analysis at composition, action, and interconnections between them of all levels of the typical three-level CPS architecture.(3) Presents a context-aware model for CPS, which is divided into five levels:the sensor layer, scene information collecting layer, scenario information processing layer, scenario Information reasoning layer and service layer. Describes the composition and function of each level, and then introduced the context-aware model of perception processes.(4) Construct a three-level CPS architecture scenario based on context-aware. Comprehensive analysis of the perception of the physical world scene information. Then the information network transmission, analysis, processing, integration and make scheduling and feedback strategies. Network transmission, analysis, processing, integration of information and to make scheduling and feedback strategies. Explained the workflow of the architecture in detail. The workflow of CPS fully reflect the depth of integration of the physical processes and information processes, making the facility CPS had "thought" and scene information resources within the system can be transferred and shared through the network layer. CPS real-time network series of the entire system can improve the real-time situational information capacity and quality of the information system scenarios.
