Research Of Data Synchronization And Sharing Techniques Based On The Cloud Storage And P2P

With the development of the Internet, It has brought more and more convenience to people’s work and life. People will no longer use the U disk and removable hard disk to synchronize files like before. In the era of cloud storage, If people want to realize file synchronization in the multi-client environment, they can first synchronize the files to the cloud server from a client and then synchronize the files from the cloud server to the other clients. The P2P file synchronization sharing softwares are also can be used to realize the file synchronization end-to-end.The advantages of P2P and cloud storage can be combined to make a better file synchronization. In order to avoid the disadvantages of cloud storage’s center server, The advantage of P2P such as decentralization, scalability, load balance, high performance etc. can alleviate the disadvantage of center server mode of cloud storage. Whereas, the disadvantage of P2P, such as copyright issues, garbage information, management difficulties, phagocytosis of network bandwidth, hacker attacks and so on, can be overcome by using cloud storage to realize management, user authentication and data security.This paper presents the architecture of CPSync model of synchronous sharing based on mixed environment of cloud storage and P2P. The client network connection structure is a DHT network which using P2P technology. The server is built with the cloud storage technology that the file server, metadata server and control server are integrated into a central server to control and manage of the whole system.The function frame of CPSync is designed, and the file synchronization processes, including the file synchronization from client to the server and the file synchronization between client and client, are described in detail. The consistency of files synchronization is deeply studied. The consistency of maintenance view is utilized to achieve the consistency of the file synchronization of the entire system.The multi-user file sharing function is added to the system. The file conflict detection module and processing module are added into the process of maintenance synchronization. The data security of whole system is analysed in the last part of this paper and a encryption method is designed for user authentication, the secure transfer of files and secure access of data.
