Online education, on the basis of mobile technology, has become the hotspot of learning s ystem exploration. The rapid development of mobile technology makes learning possible at anytime, anywhere, and any occasion. So the K12 learning products in the current app market is grow ing explosively. However, compared to the learning application of K12, the development of vocational education is particularly slow. But most of the current mobile learning system only move the teaching resource and forms from network to mobile devices, ignoring the main role of students in the learning process. The long and not flexible form of teaching restricts the students’ interest in learning, and negatively effects the mobile learning’s achievements, mutual-connection, and outcomes. This paper, based on the theory of mobile learning, adapts data mining technology, develops vocational l earning system based on mobile platform, and the reserches are as foll ows.First, through the effective sorting of network teaching resources, build the mobile learning resources based on classroom knowledge, which supports the classroom teaching, and provides help to students in their prelearning, after-school revision, homework, and knowledge development.Then, on the basic of recommended courses by Correlation algorithm and application of students’ cognitive ability data mining technology b y Decision tree algorithm, the system collects a large number of students’ using data, and matches students’ ability and interest, intelligently provide students with proper guidance and curriculum arrangement, achieve the goal of adaptive learning.Last but not least, the experimental tests of the system are carried out. The results show that the mobile learning system based on data mining technology can enhance the motivation of students and improve the effect of learning. The research of this paper will provide useful reference for the development of mobile learning mode.
