In recent years, the fusion of computer and communication technology, smart phones and mobile Internet is developing rapidly, based on smart phones and other mobile terminal equipment of cloud computing services arises at the historic moment. From the point of view of the existing terminal equipment, its computing power storage capacity, and through the use of mobile Internet to provide some service has been difficult to meet the needs of users. Natural advantages of cloud computing is however, it has a huge storage capacity and fast computing speed, it can meet the application needs of various mobile users to a large extent, so the cloud computing applications to the mobile terminal will be the inevitable trend of future development.In this paper, the mobile cloud computing environment of virtual machine placement problem has carried out the careful research, previous studies are mostly concentrated in the fixed network, with the further development of the mobile Internet, for the long-term development of the smart phone functions, how to effectively solve the problem of virtual machine placement of mobile cloud computing environment is also becoming more urgent.In this paper, based on the research of mobile cloud computing system architecture, main user’s access to quality and resource load balancing degree into account, the purpose of and put forward the Virtual machine placement algorithm based on multi-objective optimization(Virtual machine placement algorithm-based on multi- objective optimization, MOOVMP). Algorithm can be divided into two steps: first step, in order to improve the quality of the user to access, reduce user wait application response time, clustering algorithm of request resources virtual machine are classified, in order to reduce the number of scanning for virtual machine cluster, achieve the goal of reducing overall response time, and complete virtual machine scheduling objective optimization for the first time.Second step, in order to improve the balance of physical machine resource utilization, to avoid unnecessary physical machine resources waste, at the same time on the condition of the virtual machine accurate scheduling algorithm based on the multidimensional nature of the physical host resources(CPU, memory, storage, etc.), the request of the virtual machine resources collection resources required for matching with the remaining of the resources of the physical machine, can guarantee the similarity of the multidimensional resource usage, ascending to maximize physical host resource utilization, and from the virtual machine in the collection to find the most appropriate virtual machine complete resource allocation, thus ending the process of virtual machine placement.
