With the development of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other wireless communication technologies, wireless ad hoc networks have been developed rapidly. At the same time, the researchers found that in the case of node sparse or obstacle interference, the network can not work properly when it’s disconnected, resulting in the concept of Opportunity Network. The study of the theory of the Opportunity Network has got great progress, but the actual application is relatively rare. According to the features of the Opportunity Network, how to build a reasonable routing is one of the key researches of Opportunity Network. At the same time, it is a hot topic to deploy Opportunity Network in practical applications.This paper uses the theory of Opportunity Network to design and implement a campus-based environment messaging transmission system. The system uses the Android device’s.Bluetooth module to implement message transmission and information acquisition. The system mainly implements the forwarding strategy and routing algorithm of message. In the part of the routing algorithm, according to the actual situation, the paper has achieved the improved epidemic algorithm, a single copy algorithm, user-defined algorithm as well as history-based prediction algorithm. Besides, the paper also implements the client and server of the data acquisition module. Finally, this paper collects some contact and mutual information about the student participants by using improved BlueChat and analyzes the behavior of users in the case of the campus environment.
