Optimization And Realization Of Project Scheduling Based On Genetic Algorithm

Due to the rapid development of economy and society, resulting in companies on the development of software projects put forward higher requirements. Due to the complexity of the project process, many tasks, limited staff, and requested a short cycle, low cost, high success rate, resulting in managing the project increasingly complex. Therefore, it requires a reasonable allocation of R & D personnel in the course of completing the project, so as to maximize the effectiveness of the staff and the efficiency of the project, and to increase the competitiveness of companies.In this paper, it details project scheduling theory first, and highlights how to formulate project scheduling. Then, it analyzes the entire life cycle of R & D project, and its tasks included. Given the complexity of project scheduling problem, it establishes mathematical model by simplifying the scheduling problem and some constraints, then mathematical description of human resources and tasks both, getting skill level parameter of R & D personnel and skill requirements parameter of tasks, eventually get the skills proficiency matrix. Using this matrix codes chromosome, it contains a list of tasks and a list of resources, which constitute a list of two lists. Then it makes basic operations after the initial population of the genetic algorithm, obtaining better population. Finally it gets the project schedule Gantt chart. Finally, according to CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) System Tools, it design and implement R & D personnel distribution system. For the work breakdown structure formed by the software development project, it assigns the R & D personnel to accomplish the task.The core idea of project scheduling is at the right time, so that a specific person to engage in specific tasks. Project scheduling is as the basis of R & D projects, by way of reasonable scheduling R & D personnel, to co-ordinate the allocation of R & D personnel, making the software developers work effectively and the R & D capabilities of enterprises improved.
