In recent years, as a new popular technology in the field of measurement, Optical three-dimensional measurement technology has advantages of large range, non-contact, high speed, good flexible and high precision. It is widely used in medical, manufacturing, cultural entertainment and other fields.This article combines the active structure lighting with passive binocular stereo vision to build mixing method of three dimensional imaging. It reduces the complexity of the system and effectively solve the their problem. The article completes the series of function from building image information acquisition system to restore the three dimensional contour information target object. There are main content.(1) Build the experimental system: combining the characteristics of active and passive to build the image information acquisition system and determine the installation structure.(2) Structure light positioning: On the basis of structured light coding strategy, by comparing the different ways of structured light coding, put forward to locate by gray code coding structured light, give the implementation method and the corresponding decoding strategy.(3) Image preprocessing: In order to get higher matching rate and precision, processing filtering, binarization, thinning on the collected images, giving realization method and treatment effect for each processing.(4) Image matching: On the basis of analyzing the image matching constraint conditions, combining limit constraint and structural light frame to process stereo matching. Proposing introducing the structure light frame to process coding redundancy, increasing the skeleton code space, increasing the error decoding function, improving the stereo matching accuracy. On the basis of the basic principle of binocular stereo vision, combining with the calibration results to calculate three-dimensional coordinates, therefor getting three-dimensional point cloud rendering.
