With the development of computer aided instruction, the use of online examination system to replace the traditional manual paper-making is a big trend of the current. Use of examination system can well accomplish intelligent test paper generation, examination paper scoring, test analysis etc. Intelligent test paper generation function can automatically generate papers, which satisfy the constraint conditions. Dig deeper into the test data can dig out the useful information from the mass examination data, so as to guide teachers in teaching work. This article is based on this background, focuses on the research of intelligent test paper generation function and test data mining analysis function in online examination system, and develop the system with the use of ASP.NET Technology.The main works are as follows:1. The study of mathematical model of intelligent test paper generation. And analysis of the test questions attributes, the paper properties, constraint conditions of the test. In order to meet the needs of different courses, put forward the improvement of the paper mathematical model of the test main constraints, teachers can flexibly select according to the curriculum emphases, which overcomes the defects of all follow the same pattern generating constraints of curriculum papers.2.The study of the intelligent test paper generating algorithm. Based on the advantages of rapid convergence capability of genetic algorithm and positive feedback mechanism of ant colony algorithm, put forward the improved intelligent test paper generation algorithm of genetic algorithm integration of ant colony algorithm. In this text, first recommend the basic situation of genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm. And then analyzes the genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm two algorithms can be the basic thought of integration. Finally introduces the design method and improvement strategy of fusion algorithm.3. Study on the improvement strategy of the genetic algorithm section of the fusion algorithm. The chromosome of Genetic algorithm section is using segmented integer encoding, the encoding length than the binary code greatly shorten, is convenient for design of the crossover operator and mutation operator.4. Study on the improvement strategy of ant colony algorithm section of the fusion algorithm. The binary ant colony algorithm model and integer coding is combined, raised the improvement model of the binary ant colony algorithm. thus chromosome encoding scheme of each ant also uses integer coding, and compared to binary code encoding length is shortened greatly, saves the storage space, improve the efficiency of the algorithm.5.Study on the association rules analysis between wrong exercises students do. The system will apply Apriori algorithm that is the classical algorithm of association rules to the analysis of association rules between the wrong exercises, by association rule mining, teachers can understand what knowledge point relationship is more close, in the usual process of teaching should pay attention to the relationship between the knowledge points in teaching.
